Ray's Resort is located in part of the million acres of the Hiawatha National Forest on the shores of the Whitefish River. Limits of fish can be caught without even leaving the Whitefish River ... WALLEYE, BASS, NORTHERN PIKE and PERCH to name just a few.
The resort is protected from the winds and rough waters of Little Bay De Noc. Indoor and outdoor fish cleaning facilities are provided. Each cabin comes with a 14-foot aluminum boat, oars, anchor, and life-jackets. Boats are available for rental or you can launch your own boat at the resort.
Many of our guests also enjoy fishing the reefs of Little Bay De Noc just minutes from the resort via the Whitefish River. Walleye are abundant in both the Bay and the River and are catching the attention of nationally known anglers.
WALLEYE SEASON opens on MAY 15.
The Upper Peninsula is famous for hunting DUCK, BEAR, TURKEY, and WHITETAIL DEER among other game.
